          Title: Marketing Manager I
          Location: LA - Irvin

          Develops and implements strategic marketing plans for the assigned region or market segment(s). Identifies and services specific marketing needs for assigned internal lines of business. Creates and maintains effective departmental policies and procedures. Monitors the quality of the work produced. Ensures adequate staff and materials are in place for effective operations. Controls departmental expenses. Ensures compliance with all related legal requirements and banking regulations. Has authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors and staff. Other duties as assigned.
          Typically requires a Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field and 6 years of marketing experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity and 2 years experience developing strategic marketing plans. Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and techniques as they relate to the financial industry. Strong interpersonal skills to interact will all levels of staff and customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
