Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Army Contracting Command intends to solicit work for contractor support at the under Directorate of Logistics at Fort Polk, LA. ManTech is seeking a Supply Manager for that solicitation.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for overall labor, management, supervision, tools, material and equipment required to perform supply services within scope of contract.
•Serves as the Supply Chain Management representative on the project..
•Ensures Government Property is effectively managed in accordance with the FGG Government Property Control System and the prime contract.
•Responsible for managing a team of procurement staff within the Supply Chain Management departments.
•Individual will identify and collect requirements, then source services and materials in the most cost effective manner possible.
•Responsible for CIF Operations and Property Accountability, including working knowledge of Installation Support Module (ISM) software.
• Responsible for all site supply/logistics and related issues.
• Responsible for ensuring the accountability and reporting of all GFP assigned to the site.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate submissions of all supply related CDRLs.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely turn-in and credit of EP assets.
• Responsible for management of supply personnel.
• Coordinates with Maintenance and Transportation Managers and reports to Project/Site Manager.

Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two to four years of experience.
Additional Qualifications Requires ten (10) years of Army Supply experience.
• Must be familiar with Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS).
• Familiar with HAZMAT Control and Management services and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills.
• Prior military and/or contingency operations experience.
